Justice in Maine Later Today, Maybe

radical sapphoq says: Today is the day when Lori Handrahan will have to answer in Judge Moskowitz' Cumberland County courtroom in Portland, Maine at 9 a.m. for continuing to use her biological daughter's name in her ongoing social media campaign in spite of an agreement between herself and her ex-husband to take down any references to the child on the web that they were able to and to quit making new ones.  Lori Handrahan has not quit making new ones.  And that is precisely the problem.

As of around 11:14 p.m. yesterday, she was on Twitter under one of her handles/socks/accounts tweeting her butt-hurt over the idea that she may actually be sentenced to some jail time this time.   Whether or not she will actually show up in court at 9 a.m. today is anyone's guess.  Lori Handrahan has a history of not showing up for court dates in Maine, including a couple where determination of child custody was to be made.  To be fair, she does fear arrest if she should set foot in Maine.  To be honest, in my unasked for and probably unwanted opinion, she deserves to have some legal consequences for her actions.
