I am a witch. I am a pagan. Sam Hain, or "halloween" as most of you call it, is a sacred time of year for me. It is a celebration of the celtic new year.
Some christians have taken to posting anti-hallowee'en sentiments on the internet. I've got news for you. Many of US don't want YOU messing around with OUR holy days either.
Don't want your kids to go trick-or-treating? Fine with me. Teach them NOT to beg.
Believe that your black cats are IN danger? Whatever. Cats and dogs should NOT be allowed to roam free anyways in most places.
By the way, most satanists DO NOT WANT your animals or your children. Get over it. Stop with the lies.
Oh, and people who practice santeria COOK and EAT the chickens and goats they sacrifice. It is far more honest to look a chicken in the eyes and say "I'm going to eat you" before strangling them than it is to go to the supermarket and buy dead meat that has been injected with chemicals so the stupid public will THINK that the "red color" means that is is "fresher."
So, anti-halloweeners-- get over your selves.
And while you are at it, tell your kids you are no longer going to celebrate christmas or easter either. Those holy days too were co-opted from the pagans and the witches.
